You can pay on our website with iDeal, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, KBC/CBC pay button and ING Home’Pay.

Our product prices are including 21% btw (value added tax). The prices shown on the product pages are excluding btw, the btw is added in the shopping basket.

Delivery times
We indicate the delivery time for each product on the website. Products we have in stock are dispatched as quickly as possible, certainly within a week. Products that are made to order have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. The delivery time for lockers is 8 to 10 weeks.

We ship consumer orders free of charge to the following countries:

Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Delivery service
We use UPS or PostNL for shipping small products. Large products are shipped with special furniture transport services or by our own delivery service. We will keep you up-to-speed on the shipment using a track & trace code. In the case of larger shipments we will contact you for a delivery time. In such a case we will indicate a time slot: morning or afternoon.

Import & customs
Outside the European Union, customs and/or import taxes may have to be paid for the order. This depends on local legislation in your country. These extra costs are for the account of the receiving party. We have no way to influence these costs and cannot predict how high they will be in advance, because the rules for each country are different. You pay the customs and or import tax to the delivery service or at the customs office when you receive the order.

Do you want to return your order? This is possible within 14 days and only for products we supply from stock. Once we have received your return, we will credit the amount within 14 days using the same method as the payment. You must pay for the cost of returning the order yourself. Please note: products that have been made to order – such as lockers and changing room benches – cannot be returned.

Registering a return
You can register a return via info@van-esch.com. You will receive a returns form by email. Print out the form, enclose it with your return and send the product back in the original packaging to:

Notification of damaged goods
We package our products with the greatest of care, but things sometimes go wrong during the delivery process. Has your product arrived damaged? Please notify us of this within 48 hours (no later than 14 days). Send an email with a photograph of the damage and the order number to info@van-esch.com.

We give a 5-year guarantee on all our products*. The guarantee covers material and or manufacturing errors in normal use.

* With the exception of the pin code locks. They carry a 2-year guarantee.

The Metaalunie terms and Dutch law apply to all our deliveries and/or services.
